A report in the Journal of Emergency Medicine estimates there are about 19,000 pickleball injuries per year with 90% of them affecting people 50 and older. "It's sometimes very forceful movements on your joints”
Most of the injury’s in pickle ball come from overuse and falls. The best way to prevent that is to focus on strength, mobility, balance, agility and reactions.

This class has been designed to focus on the specific movements and strength requirements of pickleball.
This program is scalable for any level fitness and ability.
From beginner and 3.0 players all the way up to the pro level all are welcome.

The Breakdown
Pickle-Fit Starts with a dynamic warmup to wake up your nervous system and get your blood flowing. Then it is broken up into two halves.
The first half consists of exercises that target the specific muscles that are used when playing pickleball. It is a circuit style of training that incorporates Strength, Balance, Reaction and Mobility.
The second half consists of playing games of pickleball or drills. (depending on the class needs and size)
