I have the knowledge and experience to help you achieve your own fitness goals. I know how to keep it fun and interesting while still being goal-oriented. I have a degree in Exercise Science from Adelphi University and hold a plethora of certifications but what really matters is my life experiences. I grew up playing many high-level sports from travel Ice Hockey to Swimming and Diving. I went on to Swim and Dive for Adelphi a division II swim team. I currently participate in Triathlons, enjoy Skiing, Hiking, Running and Standup Paddle Boarding. I will use my knowledge of Exercise Physiology and my own personal experiences to help develop the plan you need to succeed!
